Healing inner body of energy involves few steps:
Meditation
- focus all your thoughts on God and surrender to His
guidance
- the best time to meditate is in the morning and in the evening
before sleep, other times: when there is quite silent
- breathing helps to bring awareness to the inner body
and is a great aid in purification of pain-body, at the start it
might be good to do deep belly breaths - they help to purify low
chakras where unconscious fear emotions are stored
( from sacrum to the navel ), later you might also include nose
breathing it helps in opening 'third eye' and channel
energies from the crown chakra
Service
Helps to earn Grace from the Lord and to feel connection
with all the Spirits, service involves doing selfless work,
work which is for the benefit of the other people
Giving up low chakra
It is the strongest ego attachment, when you give up sex you
are on the highway to the holistic healing - memory of the Self.
If you are not ready yet to do so accept yourself where you
are, yet strive fot the best.
Living in the Now
Awareness in the present moment dispels the future
and past bringing you to the eternal now.
Prayer
Unlike meditation prayer you can practice any time, while
you are working, while you are siting, while you are
walking...it helps to keep constant connection with Inner
Teacher and inner body.
