Yeah, from the time immemorial Jakub had resistance to this ceazy teacher, especially because of his attitude towards sex. He was praising tantra as a great help in Self-realization. There is a couple of teachers who having very similar name had some different
attitude towards enlightenment. More people respect Jiddu Krishnamurti
for his straightness and humbleness. The second from our couple is U.G Krishnamurti,
he is sort of spiritual nihilist, we could say that he posseses different sort of purity :)

you are the laughing, you are present and that's why it heals.
So of course we could make very long theory why it heals
but that seems useless it feels better to just laught. So here

Who am I? Lovely question of Sri Ramana Maharshi. Constant focus on that question is a way to heal delusional identity as I-this-body. It is that identity which creates problems on meny levels, from gentle irritation up to grand fear of death. Byron Katie made a nice twist on that question: who would you be without that thought? Who whould you be without your personal story? So she starts with thoughts which are offspring from the basic thought I-am-this-body and appear in consciousness as fear feelings. You may also question like this: who is aware? where the thoughts come from? Question until you will know answer in every cell of your body.

Althought silence is by far the closest to the Source, there are sounds that resonate with It and inspire, flood the body with sacred energies. In Hindu culture mantras and chants are very commonly used to clean the mind and bring it to ecstatic Heart. Similar attitude we find in Sufie culture, where singing and dancing in kirtan connects you with inner bliss. In earth traditions shamans have those rituals as well. This is the sweetest part of the healing journey: the death of ego, the death of
this Jakub' s story. The gate of no return. Giving up everything, all
the hopes for better tomorrow, all the desires, even the one for enlightenment.
What is on the other side you will never know until you will pass, so that's
the only way. No any concept of it has any meaning except your own experience
of IT.

My healing journey started when I received Light Transmission from Astrid, than it became clear to me that all my life was actually about finding MySelf, just was not aware of this before. This moment of Transmission happened during period when I was in depression and had much suicidal thoughts. Since than direction was much clariefied and gave way to amazing inner journey which is still on the run. Astrid was a student of ACIM ( A Course in Miracles ). So upon her inspiration I started working with ACIM. After intense study of about half year I received Revelation experience from Holy Spirit, which by now is my most precious memory. Difference between the encounter with Astrid and Revelation experience consisted in its intensity. The first one was just an instant of inner light, lasting perhaps a second, second one was mind-blowing, where mind was taken to the Mind and I felt totally disconnected from the body, felt One with everything, it had also quality of light and lightness, it lasted few hours. After that experience Energy started to take possesion of Jakub's body, clearing blocks in the subtle body on the way. That's like difference between Awakening and Enlightenment. Where the last takes total possesion of body integrating it into Nondual awareness, knowing in all cells that you are One with everything and only One is real. In my case however the second part of the process is still going on. And all those not so pleasant sensations connected with a process continue, like heavy sweating, shaking, pain-vibrations in the subtle body ect. Nothing to do but surrender to the One. Now it is already fourth year since initial experience with Astrid.

Inner healing process can be also seen as action of Kundalini
which in my definition is Holy Spirit descending to the body.
Process can be long or short depending on will and body-mind
structure. There are things that can make it easier to flow,
like for instance regular rhytm, proper diet, clean environment,
support from realized soul, friends with experience ect. While you
are present in your body it is recomended to stay more in the belly,
heart center than in the head, but also dont stick to it, follow the Energy as it unfolds. One of my regular practice is breathing from a belly by mouth. Here I

One way to know if you are on the right path is to
read some of healing, waking up experiences of other
people. Papaji for instance did not recomend that
because it can block your pure awareness and
your own waking. And I feel it is true, but on the
other hand on some level it is inspiring and gives
some motivation for inner, healing work, so probably
if you read too much of them it is better to stop, if
you hear about it first time it might be of benefit to you.
