Inner healing process can be also seen as action of Kundaliniwhich in my definition is Holy Spirit descending to the body.
Process can be long or short depending on will and body-mind
structure. There are things that can make it easier to flow,
like for instance regular rhytm, proper diet, clean environment,
support from realized soul, friends with experience ect. While you
are present in your body it is recomended to stay more in the belly,
heart center than in the head, but also dont stick to it, follow the Energy as it unfolds. One of my regular practice is breathing from a belly by mouth. Here I
